Nothing is better than Riding a wave on your own, but sometimes this is not possible. So surfmovies a great thing. Even better are a lot of surfmovies. From September 28th til November 24th you can watch as many of them as you like at the Canarias Surf Film Festival.
Let’s suggest you took a short autumn escape from the grey and stay in our Surf school in Tenerife visiting Raissa and Philipp. These days you have the opportunity to see the festival in Tenerife. Then the festival travels on to the other Canary Islands Grand Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. A wanderlust festival.
The international festival focuses on short movies and movies about surfing, surf culture, beaches, environment and art that is connected to the sea.
A little selection of the shown movies are for example “Albatross Exhibitionist“ by Harry Putz from Germany, „Oil drilling“ by Antje Beyen from Germany as well or „Stand“ by Anthony Bonello and Nicolas Teichrob from Canada.
Besides the movies the festival offers a lot of parties and concerts with local bands and other activities. There will be a big paddle out together and to confirm the festivals green image also beach clean ups. So grab your mates from the Surfcamp in tenerife and go to the CSFF.
